As a React/NextJs/HTML Developer at our company located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and search engine optimized web pages. You will work closely with the design team, project managers, and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables within specified deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom React and Next.js websites and web applications, either from scratch or utilizing pre-built components, templates, or Figma designs. - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly websites and applications. - Optimize websites and applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices. - Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies, particularly in React and Next.js. - Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver features promptly. - Work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. - Respect deadlines and effectively plan to ensure the timely delivery of quality outputs. Qualifications: - Strong experience in React and Next.js development. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience. - Familiarity with modern JavaScript features (ES6+), hooks, and state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. - Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. - Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js. - Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, image optimization). - Basic understanding of SEO best practices for web applications. - Fundamental knowledge of version control systems like Git and deployment processes. - Experience with hosting platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or other cloud hosting environments. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
