As a React.js Developer at RadiantWork Technology Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-performance web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies. - Collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver functional and visually appealing features. - Optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. - Integrating APIs and ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. - Writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices. - Participating in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure application quality. - Staying updated with emerging trends, libraries, and frameworks in front-end development. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines/tools. - Experience with Redux / Context API, RESTful APIs, and Git version control. - Familiarity with front-end testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library is a plus. - Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
