React.js Developer

We are seeking a skilled React JS developer to be a part of our front-end development team. As a React JS developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interface components utilizing React.js concepts and workflows like Redux, Flux, and Webpack. Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing front-end performance, profiling, and documenting our front-end codebase. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience and a total of 5-6 years of overall experience. This is a full-time position with one opening based in Ahmedabad, India. The minimum qualifications required for this role include a B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech degree, with no restrictions for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Node JS is essential. - Familiarity with database operations is a must. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript. - Proficient in JavaScript with a good understanding of Node.js and related frameworks. - Ability to comprehend asynchronous programming and its nuances. - Understanding of accessibility and security compliance standards. - Integration of various data sources and databases into a unified system. - Designing database schemas that align with and support business processes. - Implementing user authentication and authorization across multiple systems. - Strong communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. - Hands-on experience in developing scalable web systems. - Proficiency in WordPress plugin development. Skill Requirements: - Development of new user-facing features using React.js. - Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools. - Converting designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Thorough understanding of React.js and its fundamental principles. - Experience with popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux. - Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications. - Usage of data structure libraries such as Immutable.js. - Knowledge of isomorphic React is a bonus. - Understanding of RESTful APIs. - Creating reusable components and front-end libraries for future utilization. - Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token. - Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimization of components for optimal performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
