React Native Senior Developer (Security Focus)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer with strong expertise in mobile app security best practices. The candidate should demonstrate proven experience in implementing security mechanisms within React Native applications across iOS and Android.

Key Security Responsibilities:

• GuardSquare (DexGuard / iXGuard) Integration:

o Hands-on experience integrating and configuring GuardSquare tools (DexGuard for Android and iXGuard for iOS) for app protection, obfuscation, and anti-tampering.

o Understanding of ThreatCast Enterprise (preferred).

• Network & Data Security:

o Implementation of SSL/TLS Pinning in React Native apps to prevent MITM attacks.

o Secure handling of API communication and token management.

o Knowledge of secure storage solutions (Keychain, Keystore, Encrypted Storage).

• Code & Build Security:

o Familiarity with obfuscation, anti-debugging, and anti-reversing techniques.

o Understanding of code signing, app integrity checks, and runtime security enforcement.

o Experience with OTA (Over-the-Air) updates (e.g., CodePush) with secure handling.

• Authentication & Authorization:

o Implementation of secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO, Entra ID / Azure AD).

o Role-based access control (RBAC) integration.

• Compliance & Best Practices:

o Strong knowledge of OWASP Mobile Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.

o Experience in secure CI/CD pipeline practices (secrets management, certificate handling).

o Exposure to GDPR/PII data protection and encryption mechanisms (AES, RSA).

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure / AWS security services for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with WAF (Web Application Firewall) and API gateway security configurations.
• Previous experience working on fintech, telco, or enterprise-grade secure mobile apps.
