Job Description

Role Overview As a React Native Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading a development team and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality mobile solutions. Your expertise in mobile app development, IoT integration, GraphQL, and AWS basics will be crucial in managing releases and ensuring successful project delivery. Your role will require hands-on React Native experience, strong leadership skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end mobile app development using React Native. - Design and integrate IoT-enabled solutions with mobile applications. - Implement GraphQL APIs for efficient data access and management. - Work with AWS basics including Lambda, API Gateway, IoT Core, Cognito, DynamoDB, and S3. - Manage the SDLC, release process, and CI/CD pipelines. - Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies. - Drive Git-based workflows such as branching, pull requests, and merge strategy. - Conduct team code reviews to ensure clean and maintainable code. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure on-time delivery. - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. - Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure project scalability and security. - Must work with own tickets and handle team effectively. Qualifications Required - 10+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 6 years in React Native. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/MobX, Hooks, and Context API. - Hands-on experience with GraphQL. - Exposure to IoT protocols such as MQTT, BLE, WebSockets, and WiFi for device data integration. - Familiarity with AWS basics including IoT Core, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito. - Experience in Agile methodologies and proficient in using Jira for planning and tracking.,
