React native /front end Architect

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of mobile developers a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across iOS and Android platforms

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure) and mobile analytics

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native

Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the mobile development team

Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries (npm packages), native modules, and tools as needed

Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across iOS and Android platforms

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and the React Native ecosystem

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure) and mobile analytics

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile app architecture

Experience with native module development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Objective-C/Swift for iOS)

Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data handling

Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest) and CI/CD tools

Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of mobile developers a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery

Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders
