We are seeking an expert React Native Developer with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development. The ideal candidate will architect, develop, and maintain complex cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will play a crucial role in guiding technical decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver world-class products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced React Native applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and execute project requirements
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable code using industry best practices
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement automated testing strategies
• Integrate native modules and third-party APIs for enhanced functionality
• Mentor and train other developers; conduct code reviews and promote coding standards
• Stay current with latest mobile development trends and emerging technologies
• Manage project timelines, code documentation, and technical specifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and related frameworks
• Expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale apps for both iOS and Android platforms
• Deep understanding of native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Proven experience with performance optimization and debugging
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
