Role 1: React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, to translate requirements and mockups into fully functional features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience

  in mobile application development with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of React.js fundamentals (components, state management, hooks).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or the Context API.
• Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools, particularly Git.

• Excellent logical and reasoning skills:

  Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and architect effective, efficient solutions.

• A quick and enthusiastic learner:

  Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts, frameworks, and development tools.

Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience with the Expo framework (Expo Go, EAS Build) is a strong plus.

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Published one or more applications to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Role 2: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.

Drive architectural decisions, ensuring maintainability, performance, and security.

Mentor and guide developers in best practices, code quality, and Agile methodologies.

Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices are effectively implemented.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
