You should have a good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, structure, and semantics. Additionally, you must be proficient in pixel-perfect conversion of PSD into HTML documents with a Responsive view. Experience with CSS Preprocessors like Less and Sass, as well as proficiency in Javascript & jQuery, is required. It is essential to have experience in at least one of the frameworks such as Angular, ReactJs, and Vue.js. Understanding version control systems like Git and SVN is necessary. Strong communication & analytical skills are expected, along with good knowledge of Data Structure. Knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web Application) development is a major plus, and familiarity with hybrid mobile app frameworks like PhoneGap, Ionic, and React Native would be advantageous. As a React Js Developer, you will work under a team of at least 4 members and be responsible for robust and efficient implementation. You will be required to suggest technical solutions for short and long-term goals, participate and lead software design meetings, and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Collaboration with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications is essential. Designing and developing high-quality code, testing, debugging, analyzing, and fixing application problems/issues are part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to address issues promptly. Participation in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices, conventions, new designs, changes, and enhancements is required. Additionally, mentoring less-skilled employees is expected. The benefits include a 5-day workweek with either Saturday or Sunday as a fixed off day.
