Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Application Developer with a strong focus on front-end development using React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building complex, scalable, and user-centric web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and a strong proficiency in deploying web applications on the Azure stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Develop and implement robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Deploy and manage web applications on the Azure platform, leveraging Azure App Services and related technologies.
• Integrate with Azure API Management (APIM) to secure and manage API access.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end development trends, libraries, and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide other developers in best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or others).
• Proficiency in deploying web applications on Azure, including Azure App Services.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of other front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with performance optimization tools and techniques.
• Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Additional Front-End Expertise

• Deep understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle methods, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with functional programming concepts and their application in React.
• Proficiency in CSS-in-JS libraries (styled-components, Emotion).
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of web performance budgets and optimization strategies.
• Experience with progressive web app (PWA) development.
