Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced React JS Lead with deep expertise in front-end engineering and a strong background in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will lead the development of high-performance, secure, and scalable user interfaces while guiding UI/UX decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the frontend architecture. This role requires advanced proficiency in React, modern JavaScript frameworks, and large-scale enterprise application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead front-end development using React JS, modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI frameworks.

Architect and design scalable, modular, and high-performance frontend applications.

Drive UI/UX standards, component libraries, and frontend engineering best practices.

Collaborate with backend, product, and UX teams to deliver end-to-end FinTech features.

Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, responsive UI experiences.

Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support technical leadership across the team.

Integrate frontend components with REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud-hosted backend systems.

Participate in sprint planning, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

15+ years of strong frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.

Expert-level proficiency in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience working on FinTech platforms, digital banking, payments, trading, or similar financial systems.

Proven experience leading frontend teams and delivering complex enterprise applications.

Deep understanding of state management frameworks (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).

Strong understanding of frontend architecture, micro-frontend patterns, and UI performance tuning.

Experience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

Knowledge of security standards for FinTech (OWASP, PCI considerations).

Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
