Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, prototype, and develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Build reusable and maintainable front-end components, ensuring design fidelity and scalability.
Lead Storybook implementation and facilitate design-to-development collaboration.
Collaborate with product owners and back-end developers to translate business requirements into functional user interfaces.
Optimize application performance, accessibility (A11Y), and overall user experience.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning to maintain high development standards.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance product quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to streamline coding and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes preferred.
5+ years of experience in front-end development with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Storybook.
Hands-on experience with MUI (Material UI), responsive grids, and design tokens.
Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools (Streamlit, Dash) and cloud deployment (AWS).
Proficient in creating/consuming RESTful APIs and writing unit tests.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design sensibilities.
Experience in regulated or high-stakes domains (finance, healthcare) is a plus.
Exposure to white-label apps, CMS-integrated front ends, or design-to-dev handoff workflows is desirable.
