Job Summary:

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to focus on improving developer workflows and optimizing web performance. This role involves reducing build times, improving site speed metrics, and modernizing our application by updating core technologies like React and Node.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Improve developer experience by reducing build and deployment times for React/JavaScript applications.
• Optimize key web performance metrics tracked by tools like Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights.
• Upgrade and maintain React, Node.js, and related development tools to modern standards
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to streamline builds and deployments.
• Maintain and configure build tools such as Webpack and other utilities.

• Strong experience with
