React JS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain React-based web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Interpret and implement UI/UX design mockups provided by the design team with high accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback to designers on technical feasibility, performance considerations, and accessibility improvements.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all supported devices.
• Implement web accessibility (WCAG) standards and ensure inclusivity in the user experience.
• Participate in requirement and solution discussions, contributing to the feasibility and architecture from a front-end perspective.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API integration, data flow design, and troubleshooting issues.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and suggest improvements for team practices.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Redux / Context API for state management.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS, Styled Components).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend systems.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or other build tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG) and responsive UI design principles.
• Exposure to unit testing and automation tools (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with Git and agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3- 5 years of professional experience in front-end development with React.
• Proven experience collaborating with design, backend, and QA teams in an agile environment.
