React JS Developer

As a React.js Developer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing new user-facing features using React.js - Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Mentoring and guiding junior developers in best practices and coding standards - Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards - Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development - Managing a small team effectively - Managing client expectations & deliverables for the team - Demonstrating good communication skills The qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development - Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and its core principles - Extensive experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API) and tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux - In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) - Knowledge of server-side rendering and SSR frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby) is a plus - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Knowledge of React Native and TypeScript - Basic knowledge of AWS and proficiency in cloud architecture planning and system diagramming - Ability to write/manage technical documentation such as SRS, SDD, etc. - Experience with user interface design - Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance - Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest - Experience with browser-based debugging and performance-testing software - Excellent troubleshooting skills,
