React Developer

As a Software Engineer specializing in application development and integrating our own application with the ERP Application, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth development, delivery, and user support of software applications within our organization. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop new features in our own product, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide technical expertise to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our applications. Your primary responsibilities will include developing UI-centric applications, working on scalable designs, and ensuring seamless integration with the ERP Application. You should have a passion for programming and building exceptional products, along with a willingness to take on challenging projects. To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, proficiency in CSS, HTML5, and allied technologies like SASS and LESS. You should have experience in error debugging, bug fixing, and improving application performance. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect with back-end services is essential, as well as the ability to convert UI/UX designs from online tools like Figma, Sketch, etc., to ReactJS components. Additionally, you should possess a good knowledge of design patterns, strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Effective communication skills are a must, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years working specifically with ReactJs and 3 years of proven hands-on technical experience in development. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred. This position is based in Thane, Mumbai, with a work arrangement of 5 days in the office.
