React And Next.js Developer

You will be joining HB WEBSOL as a React & Next.js Developer in Indore, working exclusively in-house. HB WEBSOL specializes in developing custom web & mobile applications and provides a supportive environment for continuous learning and growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a React & Next.js Developer at HB WEBSOL, you are required to have a minimum of 12 years of relevant development experience. This is not a position for freshers, interns, or remote applicants, as it is essential to be physically present at the Indore office. Your work schedule will consist of a 5-day work week with weekends off, along with generous festive and paid leave allowances. You will be expected to work 8 hours a day, with overtime compensated separately on an hourly basis. The office provides snacks, learning support through covered Udemy/courses, yearly increments, and ensures a moderate workload with a focus on one project at a time. Your primary skills should include a strong understanding of React.js & Next.js, proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL), and familiarity with Git/GitHub. Additionally, knowledge of Redux, performance optimization & SEO in Next.js, basic backend understanding (Node.js, Express), CI/CD workflows, and experience with TypeScript are considered as preferred or nice-to-have skills.
