Job Description

Role & responsibilities Understand of PVC compounding, customer requirement, application Analyze customer sample, processing tools, application and compliance. Designing and execution of R&D trial plan Analysis of trial results Validation of trial results Coordination with Marketing Coordination with supplier & procurement dept. Communication for sample dispatch, trial and feedback. Preparation and circulation of SOP & SOC. Preparation of product data sheet. Validation of RM sample testing and feedback to supplier. Technical support to marketing and customer. Attend customer complaint. Improvement for process optimization with saving utilities and cost saving. Consumption of internal WIP & Non moving FG. System implementation like ISO, SAP, IMDS and other compliance. Attend issues relevant to SAP PP module and master data management. Cost run of KPCL Silvassa & Delhi all products on standard & assumed level. To determine risks & opportunity Ownership of R&D area. Maintaining PPE in process. EHS: Communicate and maintain EHS. Taking responsibility for PPE. Responsibilities: To ensure on time development. R&D planning and schedules Marketing correspondence Efficient utilization of the available resources. Execution of trial plans in R&D and production. Looking after cost factors Building team spirit Review of old RM /FG Duties: To understand the requirement, application and processing tools for development. Report to senior / management Determine amount of necessary resources . Coordination With: Prod/QA/Sales/Maintenance/Procurement/Admin/Customer Support to: Subordinates/production/QA/marketing/dispatch/SAP issues/RM store. Legal understanding (applicable acts) Aspect impact Statutory requirements Monitoring of environment aspects Restrict material spillage. Financial responsibilities: WIP use Monitoring of Non moving RM & FG.
