Shop floor experience in manufacturing of PVC cable (exposure in both compounding section and extrusion lines) Required Candidate profile 1. Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D efforts to develop and improve formulations for PVC plasticizers and related materials. Mandatory knowledge for the operation of twin screw, single screw extruders, Two roll mill, high speed mixer etc. Keen knowledge of PVC wire and Cable, PVC leather. PVC footwear, PVC flexible pipe compounding etc. Conduct and coordinate testing using advanced equipment, including tensile testing machines (UTM), Brookfield viscometer, Density, Shore A&D, Viscometer TGA testing, and Brookfield viscometers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve product quality. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support product development initiatives. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the PVC compounding, PVC Plasticizer Testing & analysis of PVC compound. - Proficiency in operating twin screw and single screw extruders, as well as various testing equipment. Strong analytical skills and experience with polymer characterization methods. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
