Role Overview: As a Lab Chemist in the R&D Lab of Reactive Dyes Manufacturing Industry, you will be responsible for conducting research and development in chemistry, product development, and validation. Your role will involve process and production planning, unit process management, and a strong understanding of chemical reactions and chemistry principles. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and development in R&D Chemistry for reactive dyes - Lead product development and validation processes - Plan and oversee production processes in the laboratory - Manage unit processes effectively to ensure quality and efficiency - Utilize your knowledge of chemical reactions and chemistry to drive innovation and improvement Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry - 4-5 years of experience in R&D Chemistry in the Chemical Industry - Good understanding of chemical reactions and chemistry principles - Experience in laboratory testing for reactive dyes - Proficiency in testing reactive dyes for quality assurance purposes If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about research and development in chemistry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
