R&D Intern – Food Technologist

Job Overview:

K95 Foods Pvt. Ltd., a leading innovator in the functional beverage segment, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Technology Fresher for an internship in our Research & Development – New Product Development team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about product formulation, ingredient research, and the future of wellness beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and testing of new Kombucha and wellness beverage products
• Conduct sensory evaluations, basic shelf-life studies, and ingredient research
• Accurately document trial results, recipes, and lab procedures
• Maintain hygiene standards, ensure process compliance, and manage lab records
• Coordinate with the production team for pilot batches and feedback collection.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently completed B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology or a related discipline
• Strong interest in product innovation and beverage development
• Proficient in basic documentation and MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Candidates residing near Kamla Nagar, North Delhi will be given preference
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with excellent attention to detail.
