R&D Intern (FEA)

As an R&D Intern with a M.E. in Structural Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a senior R&D engineer on designing, optimizing, and validating precast structural elements and dry connections. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in advanced structural analysis, experimental research, and practical application of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools within innovative R&D projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in designing, optimizing, and detailing precast structural elements and dry connections under the guidance of the senior R&D engineer. - Develop Finite Element Models (FEM) for structural analysis using industry-standard FEA software. - Participate in planning and conducting experimental investigations to validate simulation results and assess the performance of precast systems. - Collect, analyze, and interpret simulation data; prepare technical documentation and presentations for internal discussions. - Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and advancements in precast and structural engineering. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** - M.E. in Structural Engineering (completed or currently pursuing). - Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, particularly in ABAQUS and ANSYS. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, research-driven environment and follow technical guidance from senior engineers. This internship offers a stipend of INR 15,000 per month and a valuable opportunity to contribute to the advancement of industrialized construction.
