Job Description

Design, Develop and execute R&D strategies for new product development that align with overall business objectives and market needs.
Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific R&D designing softwares and platforms and data analysis tools.
Planning, execution, and completion of all R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.
Lead the ideation, design, testing, and commercialization of new products or solutions, and enhance existing ones based on market and customer feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Sales to ensure smooth product launches and technology transfers.
Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO,FDA,CE,etc.).
