Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize formulation of friction materials (brake linings, pads, and related components).
Research and evaluate new raw materials, binders, fillers, and fibers to enhance product performance.
Conduct lab-scale trials and pilot plant experiments for new formulations.
Perform physical, chemical, and performance testing on brake lining materials as per industry standards.
