Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the agrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience working on green field projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new methods for synthesis and analysis using techniques such as UPLC, HPLC, and R&D Synthesis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and collect data.
Analyze and interpret results, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
Design and develop new products and processes, including PDR and Brownfield projects.
Conduct research and development activities, including literature reviews and patent searches.
Prepare and present reports, including experimental designs, results, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

M.Sc degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as UPLC, HPLC, and R&D Synthesis.
Experience with green field projects, including project planning, execution, and evaluation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Skills in alpha75, p5px, and other relevant technologies.
