Key Responsibilities

• Develop new cosmetic and personal care formulations based on market trends and company requirements.
• Modify or improve existing formulations to enhance product performance, texture, and stability.
• Conduct ingredient research, functionality checks, and compatibility studies.

• Prepare laboratory-scale batches and conduct pilot batch trials in coordination with the production team.
• Perform stability, efficacy, and safety studies as per regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain detailed formulation records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and technical documents.

• Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments for successful scale-up of approved formulations.
• Troubleshoot formulation or process issues during manufacturing.
• Ensure raw material specifications and grades match formulation requirements.

• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and cosmetic regulatory standards.
• Prepare technical dossiers, ingredient lists, COA reviews, PIF support, and label claim validations.

• Identify and evaluate new raw materials, packaging components, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, documentation, and pricing.

• Identify new trends, active ingredients, and technologies in the cosmetic industry.
• Provide suggestions for new product categories aligned with market needs and company goals.
