Work Location: Bangalore, KA Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech in Material science or equivalent fields Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Biomaterial Packaging R&D Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomaterials and packaging development, with a focus on innovative solutions. This individual will be responsible for researching, developing, and testing new biomaterial packaging technologies to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products. Responsibilities: Conduct research on emerging biomaterial packaging technologies and trends. Develop and optimize biomaterial packaging solutions for various electronics/FMCG products. Conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate the performance and compatibility of biomaterial packaging materials. Analyse and interpret experimental data to inform product development decisions. Prepare technical documentation, including reports, presentations, and patent applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, quality control, regulatory affairs) to ensure successful product development and commercialization. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to biomaterial packaging. Requirements: Strong understanding of biomaterials, packaging materials, and sterilization techniques. Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
