R&D Engineer Associate

Role Overview: Join Novasensa as an R&D Engineer Associate in the field of Lithium Battery & E-Waste Recycling to be a part of a pioneering team dedicated to shaping the future of recycling technologies. Your role will involve designing and optimizing cutting-edge hydrometallurgical processes for battery and e-waste recycling, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions for critical mineral recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Design and conduct lab-scale experiments in leaching, solvent extraction, precipitation, and crystallization. - Record and analyze experimental data to improve processes. - Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and troubleshoot process issues using scientific literature. - Support pilot-scale process transition, define parameters, and handle materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, documentation, reporting, and vendor outreach. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Chemistry. - Minimum of 6 years of hands-on lab experience in process chemistry or metallurgical R&D. - Demonstrated execution of at least one multi-step wet chemistry project. - Strong discipline in documentation, cleanliness, and lab safety.
