R&D Engineer Associate - Battery & E-Waste Recycling

Role Overview: Join Novasensa, a team dedicated to shaping the future of battery and e-waste recycling in Delhi NCR. As an R&D Engineer Associate, you will be involved in innovative deep-tech projects to extract critical metals from waste streams, contributing to a sustainable mineral economy for India. Your work will be hands-on, impactful, and crucial for national energy security. Key Responsibilities: - Design and conduct lab-scale experiments in leaching, solvent extraction, precipitation, and crystallization. - Analyze experimental data for process enhancement. - Develop SOPs and troubleshoot process challenges using scientific resources. - Support the transition of pilot-scale processes, including defining parameters and material handling. - Collaborate with various teams for procurement, documentation, reporting, and vendor engagement. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Chemistry. - Minimum of 6 years of practical lab experience in process chemistry or metallurgical R&D. - Demonstrated success in at least one multi-step wet chemistry project. - Strong adherence to documentation, cleanliness, and lab safety standards.
