Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with Global Feasibility Lead (GFL), Sanofi physicians, as well as clinical project teams to support strategies for clinical studies.
- Bring a deep understanding of scientific data (e.g., real world data, epidemiology data, scientific articles, etc.)
- Support data integration with feasibility vendors to assist in site identification and enrollment modeling.
- Determine the appropriate data source according to the question being asked and build query strategy to answer the question.
- Build electronic health record (eHR) query to support protocol design and feasibility process.
- Provide insights as to data quality/availability and feasibility of specific use cases to stakeholders and assess the reliability of methods used
About You
- Experience: Experience working as a scientist/data scientist in healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical R&D, or similar research environment. Experience in clinical development. Experience working with diverse data types and sources (e.g., clinical study data, electronic health record data, disease/patient registry data, claims data, etc.).
- Soft skills: Ability to understand and communicate complicated data and change effectively.
- Education: A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Pharmacy, Biology, or Biostatistics with a substantial quantitative and computational component.
- Language: Fluent in English.
