As a key member of our team at The Quarry, a luxury home dcor brand that aims to revolutionize the natural stones industry in India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of residential interior work at project sites in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring high quality and timely completion of projects, and collaborating with architects and designers to address site challenges. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of waterproofing techniques, PCC composition/grade, and RCC works. Additionally, you must be proficient in interpreting MEP drawings, flooring layouts, and project floor plans. Your ability to calculate quantities using AutoCAD, create shop drawings, and monitor on-site progress will be essential. We are seeking a candidate with a qualification in Civil Engineering or Architecture, preferably complemented by a Project Management Diploma or MBA from a recognized institute such as NICMAR, RICS, or NMIMS. Ideally, you should have 2-4 years of experience in managing residential interior projects.
