Job description 1. As a Regional Sales Manager you will based at Jaipur HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Orthopaedic & Rheumatology Segment covering entire Rajashthan for reputed Pharma listed company. 2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of 3ABM's & 16MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement. 3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies. 4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force. 5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets. Required Candidate Profile 1. You should be B.Sc Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-15 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years handling of As a Regional Sales Manager you will based at Jaipur HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Orthopaedic & Rheumatology Segment covering entire Rajashthan for reputed Pharma listed company. 2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement. 3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies. 4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force. 5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets & incentives.
