Role Overview: You will be responsible for checking the PF & ESIC data received from the client, preparing exceptional reports for client confirmation or missing details, updating data based on client feedback, generating PF & ESIC Challan, and calculating PF & ESIC Challan. Additionally, you will prepare cost center and summary reports, different uploading files for E-Sewa & Trust-e software, monthly returns, claim attachments for PF withdrawal & transfer cases, and update details in claim MIS report. You will also handle investment & bank statement entries, settlement transactions, and update the status on the ESS web portal. Key Responsibilities: - Check PF & ESIC data from client and prepare exceptional reports - Update data based on client feedback - Generate PF & ESIC Challan and calculate Challan amounts - Prepare cost center, summary reports, and uploading files - Handle monthly returns, claim attachments, and update claim MIS report - Manage investment & bank statement entries and settlement transactions - Update status on the ESS web portal - Handle queries related to claims & Challan and perform daily bank reconciliation Qualifications Required: - Candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with specialization in Human Resource or Finance are eligible to apply Additional Company Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
