Job Purpose: As an HR Manager, you will be pivotal in managing the human resources functions across multiple industries, including Coal, Yarn and Textile, Solar, and Logistics. Job Duties: Recruitment: Experience in recruitment, leading workforce acquisition efforts across various departments, coordinating with recruitment teams, and negotiating salaries. Induction and Orientation: Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees by implementing training processes and policies. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Policy and Procedure: Enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring organizational compliance. Attendance: Oversee attendance management and reporting. - Legal Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations. Employee Grievances Handling: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively. Budget Planning: Contribute to HR budget planning and management. Employee Engagement Activities: Organize and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
