It's an OK tech park. Not much fancy. It's simple and has few companies in each floor. The companies at each floor have capacity of 100 to 200 employees. Open parking for 2 wheelers. Do not expect to be like prestige groups tech parks.

Well organized spaces. Well lit campus. Place being on one of the most crowded places in Chennai, the transportation gets affected but, nevertheless, you are surrounded by a swamp of stores that can make your office life satisfied with the just the aura.

There's lack of maintenance in Huge area around rattha tekmeadows where water will be leaked from drainage, few taps are not working in Cafeteria to wash hands after meal. Food area has lots of small cockroaches. If that maintained properly then it would be better to all the working employees.

This place is so good to start a company, the toilets are clean and food court is so big and somewhat cheap to buy lunch. There is good centralised air conditioning and the gate for entering is small, I think so it's a some drawback that's it .
