Key Responsibilities Research and identify key decision-makers (sourcing heads, buyers, procurement) in target industries (aviation, hospitality, fashion, retail, healthcare) Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach daily to generate qualified leads Maintain and update lead pipeline in Zoho CRM (or relevant system) Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team Collaborate with marketing team to fine-tune outreach content and campaigns Track response metrics and optimize outreach strategy Assist in building prospect lists and market intelligence reports for both India and EU Coordinate follow-ups post-events, expos, and trade fairs Requirements 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales (fashion, textiles, SaaS, or export industry preferred) Excellent spoken and written English (European language is a bonus) Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar tools Comfortable making 50–100 cold contacts per day Self-motivated, target-driven, and process-oriented Knowledge of European B2B etiquette and time zones (for EU role) is a plus Key Performance indicators Number of qualified leads generated per week Email open and reply rates Calls-to-lead conversion ratio Meetings booked for closers CRM hygiene and lead data quality
