Job Title: Marketing Assistant / Manager (Lead Generation & Digital Marketing) Company: Rangani Engineering Pvt Ltd Location: Shapar, Veraval, Rajkot Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-5 years of marketing / sales experience Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Generate B2B leads via email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing . Manage and optimize TradeIndia, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals for lead generation. Use data scraping tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, or custom scripts) to extract potential client data. Maintain a structured lead database (Excel/CRM) for sales follow-ups. 2. Digital Marketing & B2B Portals Handle company profiles on TradeIndia, IndiaMART, IndustryNet, and other platforms . Run paid campaigns on B2B marketplaces to boost inquiries. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. 3. Content & Brand Communication Write product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and email templates . Prepare sales pitches, presentations (PPT), and marketing collaterals . Assist in social media updates (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for brand visibility. 4. Sales Support & Funnel Management Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team with proper documentation. Track lead conversion rates and optimize follow-up processes. 5. Data Mining & Market Research Scrape and analyze industry data, client lists, and competitor info . Identify new business opportunities through online directories, exhibitions, and trade shows . Required Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: Experience in B2B lead generation (cold calling, email marketing, TradeIndia/IndiaMART) . Strong Excel/data management skills (filtering, sorting, CRM updates). Basic digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO).
