Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting transactions , including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries. Oversee AP/AR processes , ensuring invoices and payments are accurately processed and recorded. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports , summarising key variances for management review. Conduct bank reconciliations and support month‑end closing to maintain timely financial close cycles. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff , providing on‑the‑job training and performance feedback. Implement basic accounting controls and procedures to safeguard financial data and support audit readiness. Requirements 1–5 years of accounting experience , with at least some supervisory or lead‑hand responsibility. Creative Financial Staffing Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Teal Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ; a professional certification (CPA/CMA) is a plus.
