Key Responsibilities 1 Client Relationship Support Assist in onboarding new clients (KYC, FATCA, bank mandate, NACH, etc.) Communicate with clients regarding SIP setups, portfolio reviews, and investment updates Support NRI clients with documentation and compliance clarifications Track SIP book, client-wise AUM movement, and transaction patterns 2 Operations & Compliance Support backend processes: purchase/redemption requests, STP/SWP execution Maintain accurate client records in CRM Coordinate with AMC relationship managers for forms, queries, and escalations Ensure SEBI/AMFI guidelines are followed in communication and documentation Required Skills Strong interest in mutual funds, personal finance, and wealth management Basic knowledge of MF concepts (NAV, SIP, equity vs. debt, risks) Good communication skills (English; Telugu is an added advantage) Comfort with Excel/Sheets and digital tools Ability to learn fast, work with discipline, and maintain confidentiality
