We are looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Export Manager to lead and manage our online export sales to the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with international e-commerce platforms, cross-border shipping, compliance, and marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, logistics, and customer communication on U.S.-focused platforms like: Amazon.com (Seller Central or FBA) Faire.com Etsy Shopify Walmart Marketplace Develop and execute strategies to grow online export sales and brand visibility in the U.S. Create compelling product content: descriptions, images, A+ content, and videos (coordinate with design team). Work with logistics partners to manage international shipping, warehousing (3PL), returns, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations (labeling, product safety, certifications like CPSIA if applicable). Monitor platform performance, customer reviews, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics. Run marketing campaigns including Amazon ads, Google Shopping, Meta ads, and email promotions. Analyze sales data to optimize pricing, inventory levels, and product performance. Build SOPs and process flows for order fulfillment, customer service, and returns management. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience managing international e-commerce (preferably U.S. market). Strong knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics and compliance. Experience in listing and promoting products on Amazon USA, Etsy, Shopify, etc. Familiarity with tools like Helium10, JungleScout, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Understanding of U.S. customer preferences, especially in eco-friendly promotional categories. Excellent written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce. Prior experience with export-oriented D2C brands is a major plus. Knowledge of promotional product industry (ASI, PPAI standards) is preferred.
