Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Execute construction activities (RCC, structural, finishing, etc.) as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors. Site Supervision & Monitoring Supervise daily site activities and workforce allocation. Ensure work progress is as per plan and timelines. Maintain daily/weekly progress reports (DPR, WPR). Quality & Safety Compliance Implement QA/QC standards at site. Conduct inspection of works, materials, and methods. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory norms. Cost & Resource Management Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control. Manage procurement and utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment. Track wastage and optimize resources. Documentation & Coordination Prepare project reports, drawings, and technical documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow. Support billing, measurement sheets, and project handover documentation.
UHT Operation & Monitoring Operate and monitor UHT sterilizer and aseptic filling lines. Ensure process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate) are maintained as per product specifications. Conduct pre-startup checks and ensure equipment readiness. Production Planning & Control Execute daily production schedules as per the production plan. Coordinate with the planning and warehouse teams for timely material availability (raw milk, sugar, additives, etc.). Minimize process downtime and improve line efficiency. Quality Assurance & Documentation Maintain process records, sterilization logs, and CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) records. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards. Conduct product sampling and coordinate with the QA department for quality testing. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance. Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions. Ensure timely calibration of instruments and process sensors. Hygiene & Safety Compliance Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols within the UHT plant area. Ensure cleaning and sanitization procedures are executed effectively. Participate in safety drills and audits. Team Coordination & Reporting Supervise UHT operators and helpers during production shifts. Maintain daily production and performance reports.
