Executive - UHT

UHT Operation & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor UHT sterilizer and aseptic filling lines.
• Ensure process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate) are maintained as per product specifications.
• Conduct pre-startup checks and ensure equipment readiness.

Production Planning & Control

• Execute daily production schedules as per the production plan.
• Coordinate with the planning and warehouse teams for timely material availability (raw milk, sugar, additives, etc.).
• Minimize process downtime and improve line efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Maintain process records, sterilization logs, and CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) records.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Conduct product sampling and coordinate with the QA department for quality testing.

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure timely calibration of instruments and process sensors.

Hygiene & Safety Compliance

• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols within the UHT plant area.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitization procedures are executed effectively.
• Participate in safety drills and audits.

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Supervise UHT operators and helpers during production shifts.
• Maintain daily production and performance reports.
• Provide shift handover notes and highlight any operational concerns.
