Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
Execute construction activities (RCC, structural, finishing, etc.) as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Site Supervision & Monitoring

Supervise daily site activities and workforce allocation.
Ensure work progress is as per plan and timelines.
Maintain daily/weekly progress reports (DPR, WPR).

Quality & Safety Compliance

Implement QA/QC standards at site.
Conduct inspection of works, materials, and methods.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory norms.

Cost & Resource Management

Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
Manage procurement and utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
Track wastage and optimize resources.

Documentation & Coordination

Prepare project reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
Support billing, measurement sheets, and project handover documentation.
