Maintains and updates database on customer complaints, service provided, and response me and customer feedback to be relayed back to the seniors. Follow up for orders for spares parts, maintenance services, AMC etc. Attend all service calls as per schedule given by Service Coordinator/Dispatcher. Submitting critical & recommended Spare Parts list to Customer a er service visit. Timely submissions of Service reports and related reports to close calls raised in system. Improve technical skills to handle breakdown calls effectively to reduce downtime. Decision making and problem-solving attitude with joint team efforts. Always suggest ways in improving handling of Installations & Commissioning. Follow up on Payments with Customers. Implementing measures for enhancing Safety levels during service. Responsible for fulfilling all necessary documents related to Service activities. Key Skills: Basic engine operation. Knowledge of 4-stroke diesel engine. Knowledge of Diesel generator opera ng principle.
