Key Responsibilities:- Installation & Troubleshooting of Audio instore devices- Perform quality assurance tests on equipment, software, and content delivery systems to ensure adherence to company standards.- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may affect service quality and provide immediate solutions.- Collaborate with the technical team to maintain and upgrade audio-visual systems as required.- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assessments, findings, and corrective actions.- Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management regarding field performance, issues, and improvements.- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during field operations.- Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns related to service quality.- Field visits to client sites to monitor and evaluate the performance of audio-visual installations and services if anyRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Freshers in any field, +2 or 10th who can join immediately.- Being multilingual would be an added advantage.- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining quality standards.Interested candidates can share their CVs at shilpa@radiowalla.in
