Radiology Technologist

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India

Overview:

The Radiology Technician will support diagnostic imaging services by operating imaging equipment, preparing customers, and ensuring high-quality scans. The role is crucial in enabling early identification of health risks and assisting physicians and radiologists in preventive and longevity-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate imaging equipment including CT, MRI, DEXA, Ultrasound, and X-Ray scanners as per protocols.

· Prepare and position customers to ensure accurate imaging results with minimal discomfort.

· Assist radiologists in performing specialized longevity and preventive scans.

· Maintain imaging equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure safety standards.

· Follow radiation protection guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Handle customer data and images with confidentiality and accuracy.

· Provide compassionate care, explaining procedures clearly to customers.

· Support implementation of advanced imaging protocols for preventive and longevity diagnostics.

Qualifications:

· Diploma / B.Sc. in Radiology Technology / Medical Imaging Technology (DMRT, B.Sc MIT, or equivalent).

· Certification/registration with relevant medical board (as per norms).

· 1–3+ years of experience operating radiology equipment (MRI, CT & DEXA experience preferred).

· Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and customer handling.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Interest in preventive health and longevity-focused care.
