The Radiology Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations (X‑ray, CT, MRI, etc.), preparing patients for imaging procedures, maintaining imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The technician works under the supervision of a radiologist and collaborates with other healthcare staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic images. Key Duties & Responsibilities Review physician’s order or request to determine the nature and scope of the imaging examination Prepare the patient for the procedure: explain the process, remove or shield any artifacts, ensure proper positioning Operate imaging equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.), adjusting settings (e.g. exposure time, current, voltage) to obtain high-quality images Use beam‑restrictive devices, shielding and other radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and self Monitor the patient during the imaging procedure; respond to any changes or adverse reactions Process, evaluate, and assess images for quality; retake images if necessary Maintain accurate and complete patient records, logs, reports and imaging archives (PACS / RIS) Assist radiologists or physicians during image-guided or interventional procedures, when needed Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and quality control checks on imaging equipment; report malfunctions or defects Maintain adequate inventory of supplies, reagents, contrast agents, and ensure their proper storage Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste disposal protocols Follow all regulatory, safety, and radiation protection guidelines (local / national) Participate in departmental meetings, training, continuing education, and audits Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and optimizing utilization of imaging resources Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person

As a Full-time Paediatric Consultant , you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive, family-centered healthcare for children from birth through adolescence. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all paediatric patients receive the highest standards of medical care , from routine preventive health to advanced treatments for complex conditions. Clinical Responsibilities Provide expert care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents , covering preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services. Manage acute and chronic illnesses , including infections, respiratory diseases, growth and developmental disorders, neurological and genetic conditions, and other paediatric health issues. Oversee neonatal intensive care (NICU) and paediatric intensive care (PICU) units when needed, ensuring timely interventions for critically ill children. Attend emergency calls for paediatric and neonatal cases and provide stabilization and further management. Conduct growth and development assessments , identifying developmental delays and advising appropriate interventions. Offer vaccination and immunization services , staying updated with national and WHO immunization guidelines. Provide specialized consultations in areas such as allergy, asthma, gastroenterology, and infectious diseases , depending on expertise. Patient & Family Care Counsel and support parents/caregivers regarding child’s health, nutrition, immunization, and preventive measures . Provide guidance for parenting, adolescent health issues, and behavioral problems . Establish a trusting relationship with children and families , ensuring comfort and confidence in medical care.
