Radiographer

A Radiographer takes x-rays or performs MRIs or CT scans. They assist with interventional procedures (angiograms or biopsies) and radiotherapy treatment to cancer patients. A Radiologist interprets diagnostic images, including x-rays, MRI and CT scans.

• Patient Preparation and Positioning: Assist in preparing patients for imaging procedures and accurately position both the patient and the equipment to capture clear images.
• Equipment Operation: Under supervision, learn to operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-ray machines.
• Safety Protocols: Follow strict safety guidelines and radiation protection protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Basic Understanding of Imaging: A foundational knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures like X-rays.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Compassionate and patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in positioning, equipment operation, and record-keeping.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Commitment to Safety: A strong understanding of radiation safety principles and a commitment to following safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
