Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of radiation equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and implement effective audit procedures to monitor radiation safety protocols.
Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure proper handling and disposal of radioactive materials.
Provide training on radiation safety principles to hospital staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in Radiation Safety Officer role or related field (medical services).
B.Sc degree in Radiology or relevant life sciences discipline; M.Sc preferred.
Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in preparing clear documentation.
Proficient in using CT scan, MRI machines, X-ray equipment, RSO software applications.
