Job Title: Research and Development Executive – auto Paint manufacturing

Location: Chimbali, Pune

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1 to 2 years in R&D (Paint or Chemical Industry)

Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Graduation in Chemical Studies, or Diploma in Paint Technology

About the Role:

A reputed paint manufacturing company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join its team in Chimbali, Pune. The ideal candidate will assist the R&D Manager in developing and testing aerosol paint formulations, ensuring quality standards, and supporting product development and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the R&D Manager in formulating and testing aerosol paints
• Help in the development of new products and improvement of existing formulations
• Conduct laboratory tests to ensure quality and performance
• Document all formulations, procedures, and quality test results
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team as needed
• Collaborate with production and quality departments for product consistency
• Keep up-to-date with trends and innovations in paint technology

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of paint chemistry and formulation
• Practical knowledge of laboratory testing methods
• Ability to interpret test results and suggest improvements
• Basic knowledge of aerosol technology is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and a good team player

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry
• or Graduation in Chemical Studies
• or Diploma in Paint Technology

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in the R&D department of a paint or chemical company
